大闸蟹菜泡饭的做法

【食材准备】
         
           大闸蟹 1只;米饭 1碗;小青菜 1把;姜 2-3片;盐 适量;料酒 适量;胡椒粉 适量

【烹饪步骤】

                                                                        
                                                                         1、大闸蟹洗净,用筷子往蟹的两眼间戳进去,借助刀把蟹开壳。

                                                                        
                                                                         2、去腮去心,切成四块。

                                                                        
                                                                         3、青菜洗净切碎,盛好米饭备用

                                                                        
                                                                         4、热锅后,加入适量油,料酒,放入姜丝爆香。                                                                                                                                                 
                                                                                  
                                                                         5、加入米饭,划散,煮约1分钟

                                                                         
                                                                         6、加入青菜,至熟,约1分钟

                                                                         
                                                                         7、最后加入少许盐和胡椒粉,即可出锅。
                                                                                       
                                                                                                       小贴士

                 1 杀大闸蟹的时候注意不要被夹到,蟹吐泡泡的那里,中间有个洞扎进去就行了,2分钟后就可以用手掰开蟹壳了。
                 2.菜泡饭也可以加虾等其他海鲜,做法大同小异。
                 3.上海人喜欢在菜泡饭里加猪油,如果你喜欢也可以加一点,只是不要加多了,以免夺了大闸蟹的鲜味。
